About Us...
Coxford Down Cattery is a modern, spacious and caring cattery owned by Leanne Drew. We are regulated and monitored by Winchester City Council. Leanne Drew is the licence holder on behalf of Coxford Down Cattery Ltd.
Our Animal Boarding Establishment licence number is 17/03542/ABRISK.
Leanne Drew
Leanne is a qualified veterinary nurse and has lots of experience with looking after all types of pets, and particularly loves cats.
With her knowledge Leanne is happy and experienced in looking after pets requiring medications including diabetic cats needing insulin injections.
Abi
Abi joined the cattery in February 2024.
Abi is currently ay Winchester University studding a degree in criminology. She also volunteers and helps with The Hampshire Young Offenders team.
Abi has 2 cats of her own and has been brought up in a family full of cats.
She is also qualified as a special effects makeup artist.
Sara
Sara joined the Cattery in April 2018, while studying animal care at Sparsholt college. She then went on to study Animal Welfare and Society at the University of Winchester, and graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree.
Sara is a huge animal lover, and has 2 dogs (Buddy and Douglas), and 2 cats (Bess and Alfie). She is currently completing a first aid course on cats and kittens to benefit her role here at the cattery.
Sara has also done some animal volunteer work, and was one of the hosts for a fundraising event, in aid of the animal charity Brooke..
Faye
Faye joined the cattery team in May 2023.

She is a cat lover and has two cats of her own; A chocolate British Shorthair called Paddy, and a chocolate British Longhair called Bungle.
​
Outside of work, Faye enjoys baking, gardening and watching cookery TV shows.
Faye once roller skated a marathon round Goodwood motor circuit
Esther
Esther joined the cattery in October 2023.
She is a big animal lover and particularly loves cats! She has 2 ragdolls at home called Sookie and Bunty and a dog called Peanut.
Esther's interests out of work include kayaking with her family, writing and learning new digital skills.
